11-62-A Multi-blades Centrifugal Blower is a kind of high efficiency , low revolution and low noise centrifugal blower, which adopts the structure of advanced aerodynamic impeller and logarithmic spiral housing, it also has the features of novel structure, small vibration, easy to adjust when using t. Used in hotel, public housing and used with air conditioning unit for ventilation or smoke and oil fume exhausting. it also can be used for ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises, outdoor and indoor of construction. The transmitted medium is air, non hypergol air or the air harmless to the human body. The air medium contains non stickum, the dustiness and solid impurities containing index should be below 150.mg/m3, the temperature of air must be below 80°C.

11-62 centrifugal blower is designed to be A style and E style, A style is drived by motor directily and single inlet. It has 2.5A,2.8A,3A,3.5A,4A,5A, 6A , 6.5A and 7A nigh models. it  can be manufactured to be antilockwise or right handed rotation, the air outlet of ventilator can be customized to 0°,90° and 180°.

It is widely used for kitchen exhaust, fume extraction or ventilation in public places such as canteens, hotels, restaurants, etc. It is also suitable for use in food machinery, chemical machinery, plastic machinery and other production equipment.

Feature
1. The impeller adopts multi wing forward bending design, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and low noise. The impeller is made of high-quality galvanized steel and has a long service life.
2. All copper wire wound motor, high-quality bearing and H-class protection grade motor are adopted, with good sealing, stable performance and longer service life.
3. The shell design can realize the interchangeable installation of 0 degrees, 90 degrees and 180 degrees, and the shell surface is treated with spraying technology.
4. The fan shell is provided with an oil drain hole, which can take over and drain oil regularly. This model is design basing on leading performance, convenient using and easily maintenance.

The centrifugal fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction, so that the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, the gas changes to the radial direction as it flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the direction of flow and the increase in the cross-sectional area of the duct slows down the gas flow, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase occurs mainly in the impeller, and secondly in the diffusion process. In a multi-stage centrifugal fan, a recirculator is used to move the airflow to the next impeller, creating a higher pressure.

Notice for using
1. Before the fan be connected into the system, the user should do things below.
    Carefully check whether all bolts of the fan tightened, if not, tighten it.
    If there is something leaving in the fan, you must clear them.
    Check whether the fan blades are firmly mounted on the head of shaft, whether shaft cover or round shaft nut is installed, and Locking washer is locked.
    Swing the blades to whirl, check whether the blades scratch with the case and inlet. If happened, you must repair in time.
2. After power on, check whether the motor' s rotation is same as the fan's rotation. If not, please change the motor wiring.
3. When the fan starts, you should close the inlet, and gradually open the adjusted throttle and baffle to in case the motor overload burned.
4. In the normal condition, the fan should be filled lubricant once when working every 800hours, have a comprehensive inspection and cleaning half a year, and be cleared internal fouling regularly.
5. During the fan starts, if there is abnormal noise from the fan, please stop immediately, find the question and repair on time.
