The centrifugal fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction, so that the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, the gas changes to the radial direction as it flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the direction of flow and the increase in the cross-sectional area of the duct slows down the gas flow, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase occurs mainly in the impeller, and secondly in the diffusion process. In a multi-stage centrifugal fan, a recirculator is used to move the airflow to the next impeller, creating a higher pressure.

Please first read the manual delivered with the company and install and debug according to the provisions. After unpacking, check whether the fan components are deformed or damaged during transportation. If so, install and use the fan after checking and correction. Open the junction box and turn on the power for test (no load). The rotating direction of the impeller should be the same as the arrow on the nameplate, and observe whether it has touched the shell. If so, it should be adjusted on the spot. After the fan is installed, all fasteners must be tightened again. It can be put into use after removing the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan and all obstacles nearby. The power selected by the fan refers to the power required by the full opening of the outlet under specific working conditions plus mechanical losses and due reserves. If the air inlet or outlet of the fan is not connected with the pipe or without external resistance and idling, the motor is in danger of being burned. Therefore, in the inlet or outlet pipe ф plus EL 'cin N, the fan starts to close, transport to door slowly open, to the specified working condition, and pay attention to whether the current of the motor overload.
