11-62-A Multi-blades Centrifugal Blower is a kind of high efficiency , low revolution and low noise centrifugal blower, which
adopts the structure of advanced aerodynamic impeller and logarithmic spiral housing, it also has the features of novel
structure, small vibration, easy to adjust when using t. Used in hotel, public housing and used with air conditioning unit for
ventilation or smoke and oil fume exhausting. it also can be used for ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises,
outdoor and indoor of construction. The transmitted medium is air, non hypergol air or the air harmless to the human body.
The air medium contains non stickum, the dustiness and solid impurities containing index should be below 150.mg/m3,
the temperature of air must be below 80°C.

11-62 centrifugal blower is designed to be A style and E style, A style is drived by motor directily and single inlet. It has
2.5A,2.8A,3A,3.5A,4A,5A, 6A , 6.5A and 7A nigh models. it  can be manufactured to be antilockwise or right handed
rotation, the air outlet of ventilator can be customized to 0°,90° and 180°.

The purpose of the fan
It is widely used for kitchen exhaust, fume extraction or ventilation in public places such as canteens, hotels, restaurants, etc. It is also suitable for use in food machinery, chemical machinery, plastic machinery and other production equipment.

The centrifugal fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction, so that the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, the gas changes to the radial direction as it flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the direction of flow and the increase in the cross-sectional area of the duct slows down the gas flow, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase occurs mainly in the impeller, and secondly in the diffusion process. In a multi-stage centrifugal fan, a recirculator is used to move the airflow to the next impeller, creating a higher pressure.

What is the difference between centrifugal and axial fans? 
An axial fan is one in which the extracted air is forced to move parallel to the shaft about which the blades rotate. Centrifugal fans extract air at right angles to the intake of the fan, and spin the air outwards to the outlet by deflection and centrifugal force.   - it has a lower diameter of the impeller
- it has a higher dynamic pressure
- it has an operating speed (and thus also the specific one being Q and P equal) clearly higher
- the peripheral speed is higher
- it has a lower yield and therefore a higher power consumption
- it is much noisier
- it is significantly smaller and lighter, and less expensive
