11-62-A Multi-blades Centrifugal Blower is a kind of high efficiency , low revolution and low noise centrifugal blower, which adopts the structure of advanced aerodynamic impeller and logarithmic spiral housing, it also has the features of novel structure, small vibration, easy to adjust when using t. Used in hotel, public housing and used with air conditioning unit for ventilation or smoke and oil fume exhausting. it also can be used for ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises, outdoor and indoor of construction. The transmitted medium is air, non hypergol air or the air harmless to the human body. The air medium contains non stickum, the dustiness and solid impurities containing index should be below 150.mg/m3, the temperature of air must be below 80°C.
11-62 centrifugal blower is designed to be A style and E style, A style is drived by motor directily and single inlet. It has 2.5A,2.8A,3A,3.5A,4A,5A, 6A , 6.5A and 7A nigh models. it can be manufactured to be antilockwise or right handed rotation, the air outlet of ventilator can be customized to 0°,90° and 180°.
Feature
1. The impeller adopts multi wing forward bending design, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and low noise. The impeller is made of high-quality galvanized steel and has a long service life.
2. All copper wire wound motor, high-quality bearing and H-class protection grade motor are adopted, with good sealing, stable performance and longer service life.
3. The shell design can realize the interchangeable installation of 0 degrees, 90 degrees and 180 degrees, and the shell surface is treated with spraying technology.
4. The fan shell is provided with an oil drain hole, which can take over and drain oil regularly. This model is design basing on leading performance, convenient using and easily maintenance.

11-62 Series Low-noise Multi-wing Centrifugal Fan
1. Fuction
11-62 series low-noise multi-wing centrifugal fan is designed for meeting the growing needs of industrial and environmental noise reduction. During design, the fan is used by a multi-objective design according to noise, efficiency, and other aerodynamic parameters, in order to realize the best performance of the whole fan with good aerodynamic performance. Impeller is to be strictly regulated by balancing, so that the fan possesses the features of steady working, low noise, little vibration, and long life. It is widely used to kitchen exhausting, fume extraction or ventilation purposes in canteens, hotels, restaurants, and other public places, and also be applied in food machinery, chemical machinery, plastics, machinery and other production devices.
2. Stype
Face from the motor side, the impeller whirls clockwise, which is called right rotation fan, shown "right", while the impeller whirls counterclockwise, called left rotation fan, shown "left".
The exit of the fan is shown by the outlet angle of case. The range of the outlet place is 0~180°, three kinds, which must be indicated when making order.
Fan's transmission mode is A type.
