11-62-A Multi-blades Centrifugal Blower is a kind of high efficiency , low revolution and low noise centrifugal blower, which adopts the structure of advanced aerodynamic impeller and logarithmic spiral housing, it also has the features of novel structure, small vibration, easy to adjust when using t. Used in hotel, public housing and used with air conditioning unit for ventilation or smoke and oil fume exhausting. it also can be used for ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises, outdoor and indoor of construction. The transmitted medium is air, non hypergol air or the air harmless to the human body. The air medium contains non stickum, the dustiness and solid impurities containing index should be below 150.mg/m3, the temperature of air must be below 80°C.
11-62 centrifugal blower is designed to be A style and E style, A style is drived by motor directily and single inlet. It has 2.5A,2.8A,3A,3.5A,4A,5A, 6A , 6.5A and 7A nigh models. it can be manufactured to be antilockwise or right handed rotation, the air outlet of ventilator can be customized to 0°,90° and 180°.
Feature
1. The impeller adopts multi wing forward bending design, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and low noise. The impeller is made of high-quality galvanized steel and has a long service life.
2. All copper wire wound motor, high-quality bearing and H-class protection grade motor are adopted, with good sealing, stable performance and longer service life.
3. The shell design can realize the interchangeable installation of 0 degrees, 90 degrees and 180 degrees, and the shell surface is treated with spraying technology.

The centrifugal fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction, so that the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, the gas changes to the radial direction as it flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the direction of flow and the increase in the cross-sectional area of the duct slows down the gas flow, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase occurs mainly in the impeller, and secondly in the diffusion process. In a multi-stage centrifugal fan, a recirculator is used to move the airflow to the next impeller, creating a higher pressure.
