Centrifugal fans are apparatuses that draw in air and expel it in another direction. They use impellers to suck in air, gasses, smells, and other airborne particles and use propelling blades to blow and disperse air to a different area. Centrifugal fans are typically rounded in shape with an intake on one side and a blowing vent on an adjacent face. Given their design, they are often colloquially called snail fans.
Centrifugal blower fans are usually found in factories or other industrial settings as they serve more heavy duty purposes. Some appliances may have a self-contained centrifugal fan to aid with cooling or exhaust, though there are stand alone models that can be moved around to distribute air from a particular area. Other times they are part of an air duct system where air is passed through a centrifugal exhaust fan.

The purpose of the fan
DKT type air-conditioning fans are mainly used for various air-conditioning units, air curtains, cooling and heating fans and other products, and can also be used for ventilation in industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings.
The structure of the fan
DKT fan is mainly composed of impeller, volute, motor and other main components. The impeller is formed by riveting the forward curved blades, the wheel cover and the middle plate. All parts are made of stamping dies, the size and profile are accurate and reliable, the aerodynamic performance is good, and after the dynamic and static balance correction, the movement is stable and the noise is low. The volute is made of special equipment for biting and wrapping, which is sturdy and durable, and has a beautiful appearance. The motor adopts the outer rotor type, which is built in the volute and directly connected to the impeller. It has a compact structure, stable rotation and low noise.
